Are you ready to inform, shape, activate and drive our quality and safety strategy for the future? Don't miss this rare and exciting opportunity to join the Royal Women's Hospital and lead our Quality and Safety Team.


Our highly experienced and capable team support our people to provide exceptional care and experiences for Victorian women, newborns and their families.


To be the successful candidate from this once in a decade recruitment event, you will be a highly motivated, experienced and recognised leader in quality and safety, and risk management. Your knowledge, skills and expertise will provide operational management, strategic leadership, current quality and safety and risk management advice, and clear direction and support to our clinical and our non-clinical services; ensuring we continuously deliver safe, effective, high quality clinical outcomes and exceptional experiences for our consumers and our people.
