The Operational Support Officer is a service support and supervision position in each Support and Safety Hub (now known as The Orange Door). The position works closely with the Hub Manager and other Hub workers to assist in the safe and effective delivery of services to Victorians seeking support through The Orange Door. The role will support daily management of the Hub, including budget management and the local corporate interface between FSV and DHHS. The Operational Support Officer also supervises a small team of Family Safety Victoria Hub support staff.
