POSITION SUMMARY:

The Principal Project Managers will work in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the Government's Big Housing Build agenda of increasing social and affordable housing in Victoria.

The Principal Project Managers will provide pro-active and authoritative project management leadership and oversee and manage a range of multi-disciplinary consultancies involved in design, documentation and project delivery. This includes coordinating procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, stakeholder management, reporting, and risk and issues management.

Are you:

  • Experienced in delivering and programming multifaceted fast-track social infrastructure projects?
  • Experienced in delivering highly complex, large scale developments with multiple consultancies and stakeholders?
  • Experienced in managing and overseeing the full life cycle of projects (including feasibility, construction and design management, government procurement processes, town planning, tendering and contract administration) with a focus of identifying risks and establishing risk mitigation processes?
  • Efficient in providing leadership, guidance and authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders?
  • A proven project management professional with exceptional interpersonal, written communication, consultation and negotiation skills?
